Cancellation Policy
If the walk is cancelled more than 12 hours prior then you won’t be charged.
Weather
If the weather is too rough for full walks then either the walk will be reduced either to a shortened walk or to pee breaks (depending on the severity) at the same price as a full walk.
Sick Dog Walker
Walks will be cancelled and reimbursed. You are responsible for finding coverage.
Payment Options
E transfer & cheques. Payment due on the last Friday of every month. Invoice will be sent out the previous Monday.
In Case of Emergency
Client will be called immediately and depending on the emergency, dog will be brought to the closest vet or animal hospital.
Commitment Walks
Minimum of 3 walks a week.
